Pros

OK pay, OK gratis, great discount

Cons

1. Corporate is OUT OF TOUCH. There is not communication with the stores. 2. Scheduling is horrible - i.e., Inventory on the same day as a shipment AND a transfer. Who does that? 3. Will only send one product so we are overstocked on some and never stocked on any - LOOK AT THE SALES records before you ship stuff. 4. Corporate is just a bunch of interns - free labor and useless who think they've made it big. 5. Divine goals - you can NOT force someone to buy $110 face cream if they can't afford it. Leverage your other skin care for God's sake? Shea and Immortelle just sort of sit there and there is no incentive to sell it. 6. No health benefits and will do everything possible not to give them.

Pros

Great team members and family feel at the store-level. Great camaraderie between managers of different stores across Canada.

Cons

DMs are inexperienced and make daily life in the boutiques very stressful. There is no support at all from head office. It is as if no one at Head Office is competent and so they turn on the boutique managers across canada and blame them so as to hold on to their own jobs. It's very weird and sad for the managers. Although it is nice to have the national sales conference every year where managers can confide in each other of how badly the company treats them.

Pros

Products, gratis, samples, fragrance is lovely! As far as more pros I think I was nice enough to write whatever i did.

Cons

Employees are a bunch of aholes. They hve no standards of who they should hire. Seniority employees will treat the newbies so poorly. I was treated so bad by a fellow employee I tried to be patient but eventually I quit. Plz Dnt bother working at the Schaumburg, IL store!
