Pros

Salary was initially good, gratis is nice but also limited. I love the products and my colleagues. The boutiques are esthetically pleasing to the eye

Cons

So many opportunities for the company to improve upon. Haven't had a raise in 2 yrs! Monthly goals are inflated so bonus is off the table. I have never received a bonus since I began 2 yrs ago.A lot of wasted money on props for Windows that could go toward a better incentive program. Similar brands offer commission. If we are indeed a prestige brand then act like it. Stop hiring people that don't look the part of a prestige brand manager.

Pros

The products are great and there's a lot of clarity around the the ingredients that go into making them. They raise money for blindess. You can learn a lot of skills on the job and wear different hats because there are fewer staff members per store.

Cons

There's no support for management and they talk about work/life balance but don't put it into practice. As much as they say the employees are a key part of their business model, the employees from managers down are treated like sales machines and little else. The training is very little so be prepared to learn as you go. There's no communication between the corporate culture and the retail culture so systems and movements are sloppily implemented from the top down and there's a great deal of condescension from the corporate office to the retail staff.
