Great personnel working towards improving children's development and our communities. Plentiful opportunities for professional growth. Good benefits and working environment.

Cons

They give generous amounts of personal leave days but it is hard to find time to take it.

Pros

The pay and benefits are very solid especially since good healthcare is hard to find. They also offer a solid 401k for all their employees. Hard work is recognized, which allows for strong career advancement.

Cons

Communication was a problem, but has improved drastically. Work load can at times be overwhelming due to lack of staff.

Ability to give back to the community, Company and Senior management's Vision,Opportunity to work closely with children and see them grow and succeed in life, New project assignments.

Cons

Sometimes you are unable to keep track of the student's progress that you worked closely with at one time, so you stay curious to know how they are doing.
