      - No bureaucracy - Good sounding believable mission - You really do help kids learn programming - Lots of nice competent people to work with - Modern tech stack - CEO talks are really impressive and make you believe

      Cons

      Fire people out of the blue with no compensation and no detailed reasoning as to why. Something along the lines of "we had to cut costs".
