      Things are so different from center to center

      Pros

      I loved my old center....love the kids and the relationships formed

      Cons

      When we don't have kids we dont have hours. No sick time or vacation time until after 1 year. Kids are constantly shuffled around. Current center runs things very differently compared to my old center, and I'm not a fan.

      Pros

      Consistent work, awesome Childcare discount (on tuition only), ease and ability to transfer to another location, possibility for promotion, work experience.

      Cons

      Larger corporation has a difficult time trickling down that home-like feel to each center, inconsistencies with each center running sometimes completely different than one another.
