Good people, Bad progression

Pros

Good team, very fun to work with. A mixture of nationalities and ages from various walks of life. Overall it is a good entry level company to work for but if you are career minded, you should be looking at staying 1-2 years.

Cons

Poor progression and little to no benefits. For a media company it is quite corporate, little going on in terms of events and since the acquisition by Kantar Media it has become a bureaucratic nightmare.

Shallow organization - if you're good looking and talk a lot and are rude to people, then you get promoted. If you're good at your job and want to make a difference to clients then you get fired

Clueless and often dishonest senior management, lack of relevant training opportunities, lack of advancement, Burn-and-Turn environment, lack of long-term vision, people evaluated on metrics out of their control (eg., staff with no sales responsibility rated on achieving revenue goals on their accounts)
