Great colleagues. The people at Kantar Health are a bright and hard-working bunch and generally a nice group to work with.

Cons

Pay is low. Work-life balance is generally poor. Employees are expected to be "on" all the time. Company continues to let people go while spreading the workload among the remaining employees.
