Pros

You will get paid, so it's a job

Cons

It's just awful, they don't have respect for the people, they just using they people as much as they can. They treat the people as a rubbish, they care just about money and selling products. They push you to sell with daily targets and even if you reach them nothing happen, you did just your job or they will say "well done" and that's it. You need to stay 10/15 minutes before your shift will start (so you are not paid for that) to do a briefing and put on some of their make up products; usually you will finish 10/15 minutes late (not paid), so at the end of they day is 30 minutes of work not paid it mean 3,75£ p/d not paid, that mean aroud 18£ in a week and around 75£ in a month in a single person that it mean around 750£ in a wholo store and ecc ecc... that's how kiko works. So basically run away from this company, find something else, even stay without job is better

Pros

Inexpensive makeup, that's about it.

Cons

Dealt with racial issues. Terrible management. Mistreated often by upper management. Will yell at you when things don't get done their way. No training, no education, just a "weekly" Expects you to wear their makeup yet no gratis. Will write you up for wearing other brands. Refuse to give overtime and will have you shave off hours.

Pros

Not a bad company to work for. got some staff discount. Got to learn more about different customers and skin types.

Cons

My staff discount never got activated. I was given no product training. No other training. When the trainer came to train everyone i was told to serve instead of take part in the training. Didnt recieve any other support from manager or team. A few team members were very nasty infronte of customers. At one point a customer told me to stand up for myself and not to let people speak to me in a certain way.
