The team I was working with was amazing, apart from that I don’t see any other pro, you do get 50% off their products but the quality is so poorly that I don’t think it counts as a pro.

Cons

Unachievable targets, no training when a new collection arrives, the HO is completely useless all they can do is complaining about the figures, they want you to force costumers to buy, foundations concealers and powders have a terrible shade range, you have to lie in order to sell.
