Having to work under a bullying area manager. 35 members of staff and still counting, for a store that's supposed to have a head count of 8 This means every month there is one person that leaves and every 6 months there is a complete new team.also had about 10 new management when working there. Opening stores, and closing them quicker than Usain Bolt in a 1 minute race. -Ps have you fix the air con yet? Its been two years. -Ps+ you want to appear highend, yet your baskets look like they are made out of a 4 years olds, hot glue gun project.

50% staff discount. That's about it.

Cons

No training, unrealistic targets, management sit back and do NOTHING all day! You're expected to jump on every single customer that comes through the door, this is annoying for you and the poor unsuspecting individual who's about to walk into the worst store on the high street. Management are rude, poorly trained, too young to be in such a position (my manager was 22, and my supervisor was 20, both very immature and childish) and have no idea how to communicate with their sales advisors. Staff are pressured into boosting sales, and told to lie to customers. HR procedures are also never followed, and you won't receive any health and safety training.
