Pros

-minimum weekly hours so you never have to worry about cuts -benefits offered to full time employees

Cons

-hourly pay is absolutely awful. BEWARE -communication is non-existent between management -entire staff constantly accused of theft -turnover rate is horrible. Could not keep employees for more than a month -upper management/corporate makes you feel inferior and stupid when asking basic questions -you are expected to be "on call" anytime and if you can not come in on a day off it results in corrective action or a "write up"

Pros

Products can be good to start a kit with but are low quality. Good thing is vegan and cruelty free

Cons

Not valued or appreciated. Forced to buy stuff if store doesn’t make target. Constantly made to feel awful for store performance even on days off due to being added into multiple group chats which you are not allowed to mute. Management have no loyalty or respect for staff and would and do throw under the bus at any given opportunity. Little to zero staff training even on start date you are expected to teach yourself from the get go by the labels with one sentence. Management and trainers lie to every person and tell them something different to keep them from leaving. Massively high staff turnover. Products are low quality and break and run out extremely fast. Problems with wages every month, inexperienced management, constantly lied to. Insanely high level of gossip/b*tching across all stores all over the country

Pros

There are no pros nothing this company is awful maybe the other sales assistants are the pros because they hate it too.

Cons

-Management have no clue on how to run a shop -Expect you to make sales despite having no one in the shop to actually serve. -management do nothing they come out on the floor to basically tell you your doing a bad job when they sit on their phones in the back half the time. -complain when things aren’t refilled but are more than capable of refilling things them selves. -give special treatment to newer people than original staff. -lie to customers to make them buy something that’s terrible. -don’t take anything serious -they talk about other staff members in a bad way and then act all friendly to you -management put people down, talk to people horribly when in reality if you talk back the same way they all gang up. -they are childish -rules for one and rules for others -need to understand that management are the problem not other people. AVOID AT ALL COST!
