This company is disgusting. The management, especially at Covent Garden are shocking. Unfairly dismissing staff and it is definitely comes across racially motivated as there is hardly any diversity. They talk to you in such a condescending manor and it seems like they receive a lot of pleasure from that. The job consists of pushing sales down customers throat just to please the manager that does not care about you. The company is so flawed that I am shocked there hasn’t that haven’t closed down or been taken to court. They manipulate staff, strategically do things that favours them. The rota is released weekly, so you can’t even plan your life around the job. You hardly do makeup, the job is mainly to make as much sales as you can (that you do not even get commission from) and to clean products for ridiculously low pay. Don’t even waste your time.
