      Pros

      There are always job openings because people either quit or get fired. Health care benefits are ok. Don't take a job here if your looking for a comfortable place to work.

      Cons

      Too many initiatives. Used to be a great family feel. New CEO wants all the old employees out. Very stressful environment. Culture is terrible. Really sad to see it go downhill so quickly.

      Average pay at best. Strange diversity: Men rule the Plant and women rule the Quality Laboratory. HR seems to be rife with gestapo agent wannabes

      Worst Job Ever

      Pros

      Job was close to home. Excellent health benefits and 401k/pension plan.

      Cons

      There is no training. I was told to refer to an Excel sheet (full of errors) for instruction and ask questions if needed. Asking questions resulted in being referred back to the document. Coworkers are all a clique and I was new and not a part of it, making everyday a challenge. This was the worst job I ever had.
