Generally good company to work for but career progression is slow and limited

Pros

Interesting engineering/science, friendly and relaxed working environment. Good bonus scheme, pensions and shares. A global company that has the potential to give exciting career.

Cons

Huge under-investment around certain parts of the business has lead to some departments massively under-resourced for the work they need to do. Pay is low considering the hazards and risks. Career progression too dependent upon whether you were on the graduate scheme or have a senior manager backing you. The career planning is very poor.

Good rate of pay very good perks if in full-time employment lots of time off on certain shift patterns food opertunities to progress

Cons

Very boring work tough shifts not aloud to leave factory on night shifts to smoke must do 12 hours without smoking very bad bullying culture there if disliked you will be forced out so if you are of any minority ethnically I suggest you not work here seriously unless you are really willing to keep you head down and keep very quiet
