Pros

Most of the people are nice, the facility is nice. The incumbent personnel who have been there for a while are like a tight-nit family, and have a clear direction and sense of responsibility and accountability.

Cons

They seem to skimp when it comes to travel arrangements, tools you need to do your job. Management is not receptive to ideas, and they hold on to old technologies and programming languages, not employing the latest proven technologies, methodologies, and best practices. They expect developers to work well over 40 hours a week to compensate for still using procedural programming, and they wonder why deadlines are missed and bugs are prevalent.

Pros

An innovative, forward thinking company that dominates the market it's in. A workforce that is second to none.

Cons

Long hours, working around hazardous materials.

Pros

Training, training, training....big on employee development.

Cons

Train, train, train, and then don't compensate the employee adequately....and lose the talent to some other company.
