Cons

Payment should me higher, if you need to exchange you will be losing money in every transaction per month or each 15 days.

An incredibly nice and amazing team to work with. The whole company is well-organized, and the communications between teammates just flows. The work and personal life balance is excellent, and everyone's so nice with each other!
