      Great health benefits and 401K Plan

      Cons

      They do not advance or promote their Administrative Professionals. Dead-end job/position. AAs are treated poorly and disrespected by senior executives; a fact that is known company wide yet condoned and part of their culture across the entire company. Treated like maids and waitresses by VPs with big egos.

      very manual and tedious processes, no advanced technology reporting tools does not have many career opportunities lower salaries compared with other pharma companies long working hours
