Pros
Enormous company where you can know people from everywhere in the world. If you move fast, you can build a strong contact network. Technology is state of the art.
Cons
Very poor salaries. Uncertainty of working or not in Holidays (depending on job demand), bad management sometimes (managers are treated bad from their superiors so they do the same with their team). Only once a year you get the chance to get promoted, so if you don't get picked you have to wait an entire year. No benefits: no discounts, big bonuses.
