Pros

- Great location. - Pay is average. - Generous time off policy.

Cons

- Extremely poor training . - Very unhappy client service staff has led to a revolving door of employees. - Management unwilling to jump in and get hands dirty and quick to blame junior staff for account troubles. - Absolutely no work life balance. Expect to work late nights, weekends and holidays.

Pros

Strong health care plan. Acceptable place to work if with Ipsos Interactive Services (IIS)

Cons

Client service teams are very anti-family. Most of the senior management in this office are single people, with no kids. There is an expectation for employees to work (or be available to work) 12-15 hours per day on weekdays, along with many weekends. In addition, there is a massive amount of bureaucracy in their booking system, which falls entirely on the client service teams.
