Pros

Talented people, diverse, different age groups. Anyone can fit it well. Everyone is willing to help you learn if you have a question. Poduct Training is usually done within your department. Ask to see all different buildings and their functions, get a tour of assembly line, meet the veterans. that way you get a good picture of the company as a whole and not just your own department functions

Cons

you are left alone with your work. Meet your deadlines and you will be fine. Not much interaction with higher ups. dont even know where i could find them.

Pros

• Competitive Compensation: The pay and benefits packages are robust and industry-competitive. • Mission-Driven Culture: There is a genuine sense of purpose in working for a company dedicated to improving patient outcomes. • Visionary Executive Leadership: Both the current and former CEOs have demonstrated strong intent and high-level leadership.

Cons

• Toxic Management Culture: Middle management often defaults to micromanagement. There is a frequent "meeting culture" where managers over-commit their teams to tasks without regard for bandwidth, subsequently taking credit for the team's execution. • Lack of Work-Life Balance: The culture demands a 24/7 commitment, leading to significant burnout and a total lack of boundaries. • Integrity Concerns: There are serious ethical issues regarding employee engagement surveys; staff have been instructed to avoid low scores, which creates skewed data and ignores systemic issues. • Hostile Environment: The atmosphere can be undermining and aggressive, with some individuals using threats as a management tactic, leading to a lack of psychological safety.
