      Pros

      Great CEO, incredible technology, great benefits, large equity grants. Clear WFH policy is appreciated.

      Cons

      The company has always been resource conscious (a good thing) but in recent years it’s gone too far. Expectations and timelines for the resources available are totally off. Expect to have a tough work-life balance, especially if you have kids. Calls starting at 8 am are very common. There is often misalignment between leadership and IC, resulting in unnecessary stress that falls on the ICs. The company has flattened in recent years to remove much of middle management in the PM side, resulting in less common promotions with unclear expectations of how to attain them.

      There is no better technology (including futures) in the world. daVinci and Ion are absolute game changers for physicians and patients.

      Unfortunately, the senior leadership is toxic.
