Pros

Good PTO I personally had a great manager , but most will treat you like garbage I had some wonderful co workers - until they all quit

Cons

They do not back fill positions - they just re distribute the work to already overworked and well underpaid employees. If they do actually add a body to a team, they won’t officially train you, mistakes and getting berated for them will teach you the job. They call it “burn to learn”. It’s ridiculous… 0-1% raises since 2018 make it just that much worse. The only valuable thing about this place is the intelligence of the engineers- to which management won’t listen to which is so sad. The absolute worse part, yes it gets worse (I know right?!?) aside from the terrible profit driven CEO- the politics of the office will be enough to drive you crazy . Too much drama, not enough leadership, and low pay and nothing but empty promises of promotions and raises.

Pros

Coworkers are very helpful to one another Compensation is fair for the work you are performing

Cons

Read the reviews and you will see a trend. Too many hours, not enough pay and absolutely no communication from management. The company went through a major reorganization and most employees and managers are still unaware of the changes and how they effect everyone.
