      Protecting and prioritising people who are serving long

      Pros

      - Longer you work, more likely you get protected, but no difference in wages

      Cons

      - You might be a brilliant teacher and students like you to continue teaching, but other teachers who have served them longer will likely to take over your class. Good performance and students' popularity don't count.

      Pros

      They pay you in cash. The students are mostly great. Good English Teaching Experience.

      Cons

      They sometimes don't pay on-time (and "on-time" would be on the 10th of every month for payment from the previous month). The turn-over is high. You'll see teachers come and go every couple weeks. The turn over is high for administration as well. Most of the teachers are very relaxed which can be a pro but sometimes it feels like a con because no one seems to be taking it seriously.

      Pros

      I worked at International House Lviv for two 10 month contracts. I honestly cannot say enough about them. Everyone, from the teachers up to the director, were very helpful and friendly. Very supportive throughout.

      Cons

      I didn't receive a raise.
