      Hybrid working - 4 days at home

      Cons

      They manage every second of your day! How long you’re on calls, how long in between calls and breaks….all whilst be able to access your screen. Using the bathroom counts as part of your unpaid break so make sure to time it otherwise it’ll be classed as a fail that week and 2 fails in a year means a disciplinary. Wrong information from the people who are suppose to be a ‘helpline’ so something always comes back to bite you…….yep, this means daily passive aggressive emails to let you know about your ‘mistakes’

      Too much stress and pressure put on by management who sit about n do nothing. Make sure you take a stop watch when u go the toilet so you can see how much time to take off ur break

      Terrible company to work for, long hours, poorly paid, terrible annualised hours contract where they build up hundreds of unpaid hours they owe you back and refuse to give to you. Ended in a tribunal.
