      I've been working with Ingenico in NL (Hoofddorp) since April 2016 and it's been a great experience for me as Management Consultant, IT Tribe Lead and now as Chief Technology Officer since the day I joined. Within my department I have been driving (together with my Management Team) the change into a modern technology company that embraces Agile Scrum and a DevOps culture. I'm proud of our diverse employee base and the product solutions we deliver towards our clients. I describe the working environment I created as one that is constantly adapting to market change and where we transparently communicate, discuss and collaborate on technology, culture and organizational topics. I ask for excellence of my people every day and I'm aware that they ask for the same excellence from me. As a leader and as an employee it's great to work with passionate, smart and energizing colleagues in an international organization.

      As technology organization we are constantly looking for new ways to deliver our global payment capabilities to our customers, we do this to stay relevant in a rapidly changing market. This means that the working environment is challenging and sometimes demanding in a positive and constructive way. You should enjoy working in such environment to be at comfort within Ingenico.
