Open plan environment. Good colleagues

Cons

Working every second weekend after rota change leaving you with no life outside work. No choice given regarding the rota. No room for progression, always the same people getting chances to do things. Some members of management are bullies making you feel they dont want you there and have the colleagues theyd prefer to be around. You are not listened to when you make suggestions for improvement. They wonder why their turnover is so high. Equipement is crap. Certain people get away with everything while others get treated like school children. We are adults not children so stop treating us like we are

Once a very good place Used to give respect to each individual

Detoriated to the worst level with inclusion of just one person Be his supporter, or you are thrown out Built a lab using Ingenico's money which has no usw I even wonder how this has been approved Just to check the signal strengths, is even a 1000 dollar rf equipment needed This was done by just using a metal box before which serves the purpose for the POS If you do not have enough knowledge on POS, then please do get it through people around you
