      - Some good talent - Competitive pay rate

      Cons

      - Lack of vision - Slow to adopt new technologies, not keeping up - Chasing quarterly number - No focus on Customer Success/ Value Optimization - Long deployment cycles - Technology is not well integrated, resource heavy and hard to gain value from - Always pushing to sell full suite of product vs. what client needs and will get value from - No growth opportunity

      Selective WFH if your are having a good rapport with Manager. Lunch is free. Discounted Breakfast.

      Cons

      Twined Political Mystery.Upper Management is not clear to all its employee. In our progress meets/all hand meets we get to here there is good sales. Sudden changes in higher management concerns. Internal clashes. Favoritism is at the peak of the company. When we joined I never felt this. But now it is too obvious. Our Manager treats each individual very differently based on religion/region/language. This is sick

      Really great place if you are white.

      Cons

      Particularly in sales its very white. Regardless of division the higher you go the whiter it becomes. They aren't racist like the klan but more there are relationships amongst them that provide opportunities for each other that people not in that circle miss out on.
