Pros

The company has a great energy. We are all still figuring things out together, with the shared goal of making farming both more profitable and beneficial to our planet. If you apply yourself, you can really have an influence here no matter what you do for the company. On top of this fulfilling work, Indigo really takes care of us, with great pay and benefits.

Cons

It can be chaotic and disorganized. If that stresses you out a lot, you will find some days particularly challenging.
