7yHi and thank you for your post about Indigo. I’m concerned to hear you speak about perceived bullying and discrimination, and feeling as though these perceptions were ignored. Indigo has a zero tolerance approach toward any sort of bullying, harassment, or discrimination (our detailed policies against these behaviors, plus our policy to protect against retaliation, are included in our handbook), and we promptly investigate any report of these behaviors.
