      Pros

      People are talented and enjoyable to work with Leadership is terrific - always willing to listen and improve processes (particularly related to people, performance, and development) Strong focus on continuous improvement - all businesses are innovating and pushing the boundaries of AgTech

      Cons

      Typical growing pains - for example, balancing exponential growth with increasing number of priorities. This has a trickle down effect because employees may feel overwhelmed or confused about where to focus with changing demands/ needs of the business.

      Pros

      Excellent work environment that is fast and upbeat. Indigo has a lot of moving parts that are all geared toward a common goal, which results in job satisfaction superior to other companies. Benefit package is great and catered lunch is also a huge plus!

      Cons

      The rate that the company is growing has resulted in some lack of communication between departments, which is difficult to achieve at-scale.
