Good pay, great benefits, very supportive work environment and plenty of trainings! They seem to have leave for just about anything, they have matching retirement plan, health, dental, and vision, discounts at various stores, and the mileage reimbursement is nice as well.
I'm so happy I found this job, the work is pretty easy and it's fun. My coworkers are awesome and my supervisors are very encouraging and give praise all the time.
Cons
When we were hired we were told we would work "some holidays", which is not really accurate. Every holiday is a working holiday, keep in mind this is essentially a health care job, and health care doesn't stop on holidays. However, you get done pretty early in the day, so in my opinion at least there's still plenty of time to enjoy time with your family.
