Pros

My own development, alongside many I know, has been a huge part of my enjoyment whilst working on Inchcape. They are a clear example of a company which recognises hard work and commitment with career progression and other rewards. Alongside this, the people from top to bottom are passionate and like-minded in providing the best customer experience and creating a fun working environment. I hope to continue for many years with the company in making it number one.

Cons

The company is currently facing a lot of change and disruption; both internally and externally. The industry as a whole is changing due to developments around the world so this is to be expected.

Pros

Great employee benefits that everyone has access to, Company ethos around colleague training, growth, and promotion, Hard work and "going above and beyond" doesn't go unnoticed,

Cons

Throughout the business various processes can be too lengthy - though it's apparent the company is working with it's employees to improve them. In some areas there's a high level of staff attrition - but again this is being looked at and worked on by Senior Management
