Great overall business, good opportunities for progression

Pros

With a committed working attitude comes exposure to Inchcape management training schemes and opportunity to progress to a role which suites you. OEM training is also mandatory in some roles, additional OEM training modules/courses are available through application. Overall attentive & well structured management, employee care & retention a high priority.

Cons

Some lack in planning with my (newly implemented) job role. However, good reaction to problem area from management.

- Great support throughout the programme from your assigned mentor. - Immediately exposed to the management aspects to running a dealership with opportunities to work within different departments. - Opportunities to work with high tier management in head office. - Plenty of career opportunities. - Scope for development in many areas within the business.
