They don't seem to push or demand for loads of overtime the work load is good and the basic salary is reasonable

Cons

The bonus won't light any fires, the opportunity for overtime is lacking if you wanted to boost your wage that way

Can't think of any apart from the end of the working day

Cons

They like to rule with an Iron fist and get really upset and HR make your life unbearable if you get the union a a solicitor involved as you're not ever supposed to question them

Director have no idea what management are doing Work there for over ten years then to be told your not needed no more Replacement is a bully and the company are aware of this even hr department was told but done nothing Has done me a favour as I now work for a company that looks after there staff You see the word bullying on here alot
