Pros

24/7 casino support. Job is stable, remained working all through the lockdowns of 2020. 12 hour shifts allow for a decent amount of downtime, take online courses or watch videos in between calls and reports.

Cons

Difficult to get time off, (need a month's advance notice) and very little chance for advancement or even changing schedule. Job was described as "dead end" when I was hired
