Carefree workplace, make good friends, depending on boss you can get good hours, secure job compared to large chains, small work area,

Cons

Minimum wage, can have dodgy managers/owners, overworked (fill in other departments/cleaning etc), no future (promotions), always understaffed means extra work, 5% staff discount, customer complaints ( things are expensive/out of stock items)

Easy enough job, friendly employees, good management (with the exception of one), most customers are easy going enough

Cons

Absolutely no way to advance, horrible pay, not real flexible with hours, expect you to be quick while stocking and they didn't care if it was rotated or not
