none. I can not think any.

Management is horrrible, even upper level. Never wanna change. They can play the same songs three years and never change, mentally torture you.

Very community oriented, flexible scheduling had a lot of opportunity to try various departments due to it being a small store

Cons

Because the store is so small sometimes you are asked to take on lots of tasks which are not really in your area of expertise
