      Pros

      Outstanding salary and benefits, free fragrance samples, pretty good catered food, summer hours, generous vacation time/PTO, tons of informational meetings to learn more about the company, looks great on your resume.

      Cons

      Terrible holier than thou management culture, no clear opportunities for growth, pass the buck attitude, horrible communication amongst the different departments.

      Pros

      There really are some stellar people at this company. The products are interesting and it's fascinating to see and learn how things that you consume everyday are produced.

      Cons

      The management team needs to wake up or just go! It's clear that the Executive Leadership team is dysfunctional and doesn't get along. The tension trickles down to the teams. In addition, it's very much an "ivory tower" culture. Those at the top don't deign to interact with those in the trenches, and if they do, it's certainly not genuine.
