      I strongly disagree with the bad review I just read....ICL is a great place.

      Pros

      Team work is fantastic. Turnover is higher than in past but much lower than almost any other companies in the St. Louis area. Fantastic benefits. Pay is fair.

      Cons

      The US is a small part of the total company population so not as many promotional opportunities as you would hope. Sometimes there is too much bureaucracy and the annual surveys point it out

      - Pretty good pay and benefits - Small company culture, like a family. - Part of a larger corporation comes with some benefits.

      Cons

      - Perennially under staffed so hours can get brutal during busy season. - Foreign corporate culture is sometimes awkward.
