Pros
Benefits, they are generous, vacation is better then most but there is too much work to take it.
Cons
Very tough place to work. They are going through transition so all the leaders are trying to figure out their future. No ethics or decency. They will tell you one thing to your face and belittle you behind your back. Not that many people are even nice.
