Dynamic, rapidly changing work environment, opportunities to directly impact daily production capabilities, good compensation relative to work required, plenty of opportunities, diverse company that shows respect to all associates regardless of rank or background.

Cons

Some managers in management role because they are incapable of doing anything else, production targets much higher than original design of production equipment, high expectations for capable associates, but minimal expectations for those that aren't, with equal reward for both.

Cons

Review process made it difficult to stand out. A lot of top-down decisions forced upon employees. Main decision-makers not at facility or really aware of challenges at facility.
