Respect for the individual. Great benefits Bonus plan Good advancement opportunities Overall great management with some exceptions Overall good place to work.

Cons

Crazy busy at times Don't always give you the resources needed to do the job efficiently (some of this is due to culture differences) Some department procedures are vague and management expects you to learn them via osmosis. If you are not familiar with Japanese business practices, it will take some getting used to.

Very Long working hours, No work life balance at all, no flexi time or work from home options for office associates. Micro managing to name a few.

They really treated customers with the utmost concern. Coming from another dealership, was happy to see customers being treated like they should. Pay and benefits were decent. Great income potential.

Cons

Sweat shop! Hours were too long. Bad management. No work/home balance. No real training. Basically sit with someone and try to grasp everything you possibly can in the middle of chaos.
