      Excellent breadth of scope in the role and pay package was amazing compared to other less glamorous industries.

      High Salary and 10-30% bonus as manager Management team is extremely smart and forward thinking Opportunities for high fliers to work abroad

      Cons

      Low visibility and control on personal and professional development Advancement procedures sometimes not clear Not the best industry if you don't like heavy machinery, quarries and construction.

      Pros

      Good work atmosphere and good rapport shared between employees and senior management. Compensation is decent and lots of opportunities to grow exist in emerging markets.

      Cons

      Slow in decision-making and not very organized. The company's divisions in other countries seem to be small independent companies by themselves.

      Pros

      This company offers the opportunity of International Experience, Down to Earth Business strategy and stable organization that cares about its people.

      Cons

      Very hierarchical structure. It is quite complicated to grow in the same department. Opportunities at medium to high level are scarce and are tend to be filled by people from outside or foreigners.
