Theirs way too much favoritism from Corp office for friends and lack of respect for the hard workers.
Pros
There was some good hard working people there that made my experience worthy. When I started I actually had people that were qualified for the job and taught me how to do my job right.
Cons
Problem is the favoritism is AWFUL! Too much change and worked really hard on training the drivers how to behave properly while on our grounds. Safety!!! Was my top goal. It didn't matter! The few mistakes that were made didn't even compare to what went on at other scales.I remember when I started - they thought about their job; not who they can blame every mistake on. Even when it's not your fault. I was even wrote up for someone else's mistake. Management way is when --- the truth don't work in their favor confuse the issue. There was too much nonsense in the corp. office to actually feel safe in your position. I can't say it enough - TOO MUCH FAVORITISM!
