Loved working with the "left brain" engineers who produced some incredible software/hardware.

Cons

Convincing some engineers to build their products to a specific market needs. Sometimes the engineers overbuilt their product making it too expensive or not a match to the market needs. And it was tough to convince some engineers the need to market their products.
