Pros

With a company this large, there are lots of opportunities for advancement. Employees believe in the Hertz brand and strive to keep it a premium car rental company.

Cons

With a company this large, it can be difficult navigating through to find the right person or group of people responsible for certain tasks. There seems to be inconsistent communication throughout all facets of the organization. Some are great at it and some are not.
