Pros

Average pay, and the people you work with are very nice people. Good 401K options with 8% matching, potential for good end of year bonuses, and stock sharing options. Can have some flexible working hours. A good amount of career growth potential, and they are accepting of you trying different business segments (i.e. sales, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.). Henkel is very good at hitting it's targets for share holders, so the stock option you can buy into will really make you some money.

Cons

Henkel is a company who is very tight on money, and is very political from the top down. This turns into major lack of resoucing (people) and puts too much work on everybody's plate. This burns people out, and can create an environment where nothing actually gets done. Too many generals (managers) and not enough soldiers (independent contributors). Way too many procedures and red tape to go through to actually do something. Germany has to approve much of what happens, which makes everything a slow process. Low raises and overworked leads to high turnover.

Pros

A short commute if you live in scottsdale. A nice building with a gym and cafeteria...and underground parking which is great in AZ summers. Potential if you are very flexible with relocation to other states or countries.

Cons

No innovation, no strategy, a very short term focus. Pay raises are small if any. Won't hire resources to support day to day business so everyone ends up working excessive hours. German headquarters thinks all Americans are idiots. Global model creates inefficiencies and slow change. Technology and processes are a decade behind competitors.
