I didn't find cons as of now. May be the tech office space can be better. But that's ok as anyways its WFH

Great place to work, team members are very nice and supportive. Egoless environment where all ideas are welcome

Cons

Lots of meetings. There seems to be direction from upper management but lots of technical debt holding individual teams back.
