Consistent schedule every week, 3 days off, 2 breaks during the day, competitive pay, chilled environment, simple work

Cons

Retaliation, false accusations resulting in termination, managers, leads, and workers are extremely rude and egotistical. HR and upper management show no intentions of improving anything for the workers

Poor leadership run like a trade desk

- If you obey and magnify the decisions of leadership, no matter how irrational, you can work 5 hours weeks and get promoted - RTO reduces time in day and raises commute costs, improving personal ability to ruthlessly prioritize and learn to personally budget - Free lunches twice a week induce runs, leading to weight loss without costly medications

Cons

- Major decisions are erratic, come at odd hours, and require regular work at night only to be reversed the next day - Only one person controls all the decisions but the blame for the results is always on the hardest workers

Cons

HelloFresh lets toxic and unprofessional leadership continue to mistreat their lower level employees and HR does NOTHING to help. Or rather, HR will hold a public team-wide meeting to question the poor results of an ANONYMOUS engagement survey.... Forget advancing in your career, management shows favoritism for promotions and will give you 1% annual raise that doesn't even cover cost of living adjustment.
