      It's a sound growth company, as it rapidly grows. It's a very dynamic environment.

      The compensation is not fair for the job done. A bit lower than the market.

      The vibe the people create is like nothing I've ever seen in a work environment. It really feels like a big family.

      Cons

      In the last few months you can tell that the company is getting more corporate, but I guess that's a consequence of growth.
